Thank you for choosing our spa to be pampered. We are delighted you have chosen us, and if you are re visiting us, we are delighted to be welcoming you back again.

We just wanted to say how much we are looking forward to welcoming you to Vspa.

We thought it might be useful to give you some helpful information before your visit.

* Please arrive to the spa on time.

ARRIVAL – Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to have a complimentary drink on arrival and settle in so we can take you through to your appointment on the scheduled time. If there isn’t reception cover on the day, you will be asked to wait outside. The therapist will come and get you at the time of your appointment.

If you are a new client, You will need to fill out a consultation form. Click on link below. For existing clients, you will on only be required to fill out a form every 6 months or if anything in your medical history has changed.

Once you’ve filled out the consultation form, You will need to save it and e-mail it to [email protected]. Please e-mail the form 24 hours prior to your appointment.  You may need to have adobe reader installed on your device.

If you can’t do the form online, Please print it, fill it out and send us a clear photo of it or scan it to us and e-mail to the above e-mail address. Please note: Failure to do so will result is us not being able to treat you.

On Arrival: Please wait by the door until we assist you. Your temperature will be checked on arrival. You will then be given hand sanitizer, then asked to wait in reception or taken into our relaxation area.

We have gone to great lengths to ensure the Spa is as safe as possible for both our team and customers which includes:

– One dedicated therapist for each client
– Hand sanitising station
– Team members wearing PPE
– Customers must wear a mask ( if you don’t have a mask, there will be masks available to purchase). If you don’t wish to wear a face mask, please do a lateral flow test 1 hour before your appointment and bring the text message with you to show us on entry. Masks will be worn in and out of the building not during any facial or massage treatments.
– All areas of the spa will be regularly and thoroughly disinfected and cleaned.

Please note: Due to transmission of the virus. Please do not wear gloves into the spa. If you do require gloves, then these will also be available to purchase.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE NO SYMPTOMS – It’s essential you don’t have any of the COVID19 symptoms outlined by the NHS (high temperature, new, continuous cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste). If you feel unsure, please contact 111.

LIMIT THE ITEMS YOU BRING – Please do not bring any unnecessary personal items such coats and bags into the spa if possible.

WEARING A MASK – Please bring a protective mask. Wearing a mask is compulsory, unless you take a lateral flow test.

There will now be a discretionary surcharge added to most beauty & spa packages and services. This will help us with our ever-increasing PPE costs (disposable towels, gloves, visors, masks, aprons, , sanitisers, barbicide and increased prices from our suppliers.

The care package surcharge is a standard rate of £3.15 per transaction, not per treatment. If you book your appointment through any third party like groupon the surcharge is £3.50. We will constantly review this charge to help maintain value for money for you.

Terms & Conditions
It is company policy, that anyone under the age of 16 is unable to have any kind of beauty treatment unless discussed before booking appointment. Identification may have to be presented. Children under 9 years old are not permitted in the spa.

It is up to you, the client to inform Vspa of any health issues or concerns you may have (i.e. Pregnancy, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Receiving Cancer Treatments etc) and a doctor’s note may have to be provided. Vspa will not be held liable for any treatment cancelations due to ill health due to lack of information given at the time of booking and no refunds will be given.

It is company policy to provide card details at the time of booking to secure your bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable; please ensure you fully understand the cancellation policy.

You must check into the spa on time. There is on road parking on Fortescue Road and you will be able to park on the road free of charge for up to 2 hours and it is only a minute walk to our spa. We do advise all clients to allow extra travel time for parking, to ensure you arrive on time for your treatments. Vspa  will not be held liable for shortened or cancelled treatments due to lateness.

Once a confirmation has been sent it is then up to the client to make any amendments to the booking, once amendments have been made we will re confirm the booking over the phone.

The treatment times listed include a consultation prior to treatment and after care once the treatment is complete.

We do have a couple’s suite available, where clients are able to receive treatments simultaneously in the same room together; however, this is subject to availability. It is up to you, the client to request the couple’s suite at the time of booking, if it is not stated in this confirmation that you have booked the couples suite then you can assume that it has not been booked and you need to contact spa reception immediately. If we have stated a booking for TWO then assume it will be in our couples suite. If you have booked via Groupon, please not surcharges applies for the couples suite as stated on the voucher’s terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If you were to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, there would be a 50% Charge and if you were to cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, the full amount would be charged.

Any cancellations must be made by telephone; no cancellations can be made via email.

If it’s your first visit we like to take time to talk to you about our services, what you like, what you may wish to change and anything else we could do for you. We want to make sure we get it right for you so we love to listen and if you would like to hear it, we are very happy to give you advice and tips too.

Your therapist will take care of you until the very end of your treatment and ensure you have been given all your home care advice. Please let your therapist know of any concerns or any results you wish to achieve. Please give honest feedback to your therapist, during treatments if there is anything at all that you are not happy about.
